USC receiver Patrick Turner took some time with us to answer five quick questions as his team prepares for the Rose Bowl.
What was your favorite road trip this season and why?
I really liked the Arizona State road trip because we had a lot of time to prepare. It was just nice environment on the road, Thanksgiving.
What was your least favorite road trip this season and why?
I’d have to say Cal. All the rain.
What advice would you give to kids who want to get where you are now?
You got to keep working hard and anything is possible. You got to pursue your dreams each and every day, staying focused on what you want to accomplish.
What’s the best part of your job?
Football. We wouldn’t be here if we didn’t love the game. Instead of just sitting behind a desk we get to come out here and play a sport we’ve been playing all our lives.
What’s the worst part of your job?
Injuries. That’s bound to happen. But we feel like we’re blessed to be able to play this game.
